The location offered convenient access to multiple subway lines. This made traveling around the city very simple. I appreciated the clean condition of the room upon arrival. The front desk staff provided prompt responses when i requested extra towels.

The gym had limited equipment, with only a treadmill and some free weights.

the staff WAS great. I appreciated the customer service and support when needed. I would return. The rooms were nice and the location was central.

The double ROOM was very small for a family. Room seemed a little run-down. Not all the lights worked and the fridge was very noisy at night. The pictures on the site make it look like a new hotel. But it's not.

I appreciated the excellent location. It gave easy access to transportation. The staff were cute and helpful during my entire visit. The room was very clean. Housekeeping did a FANTASTIC job each day. I also found the water pressure in the shower to be especially good. It made mornings much better.
